Next, Nesty will create a complete Request for Proposal (RFP) package on your behalf.

Finally, we’ll manage the bidding process and present you with the most competitive and qualified options—saving you time and effort.

First Visit Just $299 (up to 2 hours)

Nesty offers a hands-on service designed to simplify your renovation.

We begin with a Nesty concierge in-home visit to assess your project needs in person. During this visit, we’ll measure your space, identify required materials, and review any concept photos or inspiration you have.

From there, Nesty creates a detailed, professional Request for Proposal (RFP) package tailored to your project.

We also handle contractor sourcing and manage the bidding process—so you receive the most competitive and qualified options without the hassle.

Initial site visit of $299 is rebated back to you when you move forward with a Nesty contractor for your remodel.

 

$99 per hour after initial first 2 hours.  ​​​

Full Project Oversight with Nesty Signature- Starting at 5%

Enjoy all the benefits of Nesty Signature, plus hands-on project management once your contractor is selected.

Nesty will manage your HOA requirements for project approval. 

Nesty takes over communication with your contractor, acting as your dedicated liaison to ensure everything stays on track.

You’ll receive daily status updates, so you're always in the loop and confident in the progress.

Before any final payments are made, Nesty ensures that the project meets your expectations—down to the last detail.
